From: Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Characters: Link & Shadow Link
Used: Pen & Paper, and Photoshop CS3
Time Taken: 15 - 20 hours
Yay another weekly challenge out on time. This one was a lot of fun for me, I found myself having a tough time pulling away from it. Shadow Link is one of my favorite bosses, too bad the poor guy is stuck in the most dreadful dungeons in the entire game.
I actually had the idea for this picture a few years ago but I never drew it because I was pretty uncomfortable with drawing perspective. I still am a little nervous about making it accurate, but I am better than I used to be. I also feel like you don't improve if you don't challenge yourself.
I did a lot of research on water texture and actually just ended up drawing my own. It was helpful to have them as a reference though.

This gave me CHILLS man!!! That’s so cool!! The angle is amazing, I could never get an angle like that! And apparently I’m not the only one who thought that Dark Link was hiding under the water yay! And I’m also not the only one who thought that the water looked a lot deeper! I LOVE IT!!
